Challenge
Planning applications are public, but they're spread across council websites and mixed in with tree works, signs and other noise. Builders end up paying lead services for them.
Approach
A Next.js app on PostgreSQL. London comes from the official London planning data feed and other cities from council planning portals. Each application is sorted by job type and scored on how likely it is to be real building work. Self-hosted with Docker.
